Try the best ceviche ever— Ceviche Coco Woods, made of fresh fish marinated with lime, coconut milk, onion, hot pepper, fresh coriander, coconut foam, and served with green plantain chips. Also try the Lobster Empanadas, followed by Tuna steak, mixed sesame on creamy quinoa with parmesan cheese, red paprika, broad beans, panela hoisin sauce and achiote coral. For dessert, try the Palenquera San Agustín— a delicious meringue tile with exotic Colombian fruits compressed in soursop syrup, sour guava ice cream, passion fruit caviar, cassava flavored with organic honey, sesame and spirulina.
