Tomorrow you’ll finally read a new travel guide about the cultural capital of the Yucatán, Mérida. This city has a rich colonial history, with old narrow streets, broad plazas, impressive museums and it’s a great place to explore. I have a comprehensive list of places, where to eat and what to see, which I will share with you tomorrow on the blog. But first let’s talk about what to wear in Mérida?
What I saw, people do “dress up” especially in the evening. However, to dress up for brunch or dinner, I brought lot of pastel and colorful dresses, combined with colorful jewelry, flat shoes and a pair of wedges for the evening. As well as some nice color co-ordinated swimsuits for the pool, and vacation accessories such as hats and sunglasses.
