If you know me by now, you know that I am obsessed with suits—any kind of them. I love mixing up the styles, trying new shapes, materials and colors. You can basically wear suits to any occasion, from office to the party etc.

We saw a lot of beautiful styles at SS22 runways were designers presented lot of cool back-to-business styles that reflected in cool, crisp shirting, loose pants and lightweight blazers that telegraphed a slouched yet studious attitude.

For those who followed my blogging journey know how much I love tailored and oversized suits, as well as separates such as wearing blazers combined with jeans or tailored pants with a shirt or  turtleneck.

For some empowering Working Girl vibes, the oversized power suit is back. From grey to caramel, all you need to do is find the right shade for you. Now that we are slowly going back to the office and to the work meetings in person, we have to slowly change our habits from at-home separates to back-to-office pieces.

A TRAVEL GUIDE TO SOUTH AMERICA’S MOST BEAUTIFUL CITY: CARTAGENA, COLOMBIA

January 27, 2022

The ‘Queen of the Caribbean Coast’— Cartagena is one of the most beautiful cities in South America. A colorful, vibrant city— this gem combines well-preserved colonial architecture with plenty of cultural charm. The Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the symbol of the city are its Palenquera fruit sellers, who skillfully balance bowls of tropical fruits on their heads. Furthermore, Cartagena’s Caribbean beaches cater for even the most discerning sunseekers.

Colombia might sound intimidating for many, but Cartagena is not the reality of Colombia. This gorgeous walled city has turned into a traveler’s hotspot for a good reason.

January 26, 2022

Guayaquil is the commercial center and the largest seaport of Ecuador. A vibrant city, growing ever more modern and versatile. Located in southwest Ecuador along the banks of the Guayas River, which flowers into the Pacific Ocean.

Usually, tourists visit Guayaquil on the way to the beaches on the Pacific coast or the Galapagos Islands, but here I want to share a “compact” Guayaquil travel guide, where I’ll cover the basics of how to get around the city, where to stay, and what’s worth seeing.

INGAPIRCA: THE ECUADOR’S VERSION OF A MINI MACHU PICCHU

January 15, 2022

Ingapirca, one of my favorite spots and the highlight of my Ecuador trip in December. The most significant building is the Temple of the Sun, an elliptically shaped building constructed around a large rock.

WHY YOU SHOULD VISIT QUITO, ECUADOR IN 2022?

December 17, 2021

*NOTE: Unfortunately we are still in unusual times, and the COVID-19 regulations change rapidly. Please check here the latest information before making your journey to Ecuador.

The Ecuadorian capital city located in the middle of the world, standing proud between cloud-high in the Andes and two active volcanoes, Quito didn’t disappoint me. The 16th-century Centro Histórico (Old Town) is not only the largest and best-preserved colonial center in Latin America, but also the most visited.

Thanks to KLM and Air France, the approx. 15-hour journey from Vienna to Quito was a wonderful experience. Click HERE to read about my journey.

Breathtaking churches, impressive monasteries, colorful palaces, here is why Quito should be on your 2022 travel list.
