When the outbreak of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) became more alarming over time, I found myself wondering how to work on my health and to strengthen my immune system.

I started to be more mindful about the food I ate, physical exercises, breathing and grounding exercises. But I came to realize that if I want to maintain a healthy body, there is a lot more to do.
