Moreover, from 28th of February till 2nd of March 5 planets will be in Capricorn (Saturn, Mercury, Mars, Venus and moon), followed by a new moon in Aquarius where Jupiter and Sun are currently residing. These days it’s important to stay calm and grounded by walking bare feet, inhaling and exhaling deep breaths, writing down what you are grateful for and by stretching your body with yoga.
RAHU and KETU
On March 17th the North Node Rahu and South Node Ketu changed signs. They both move backwards and Rahu will enter Aries and Ketu will enter Libra. Rahu and Ketu are karmic points in your chart and they travel a sign for 1,5 year. Wherever they are in your chart is a focus area in your life. If we look at Aries, it’s a sign ruled by Mars and Aries is seen as a sign of aggressiveness, impulsiveness and power. The general result of Rahu in Aries is that people can speak before they think and their words can lead to aggressive behaviour. On the other hand, Rahu in Aries means that people will be more focused on their health but moreover physical appearance. If for the past 1.5 year you changed your style and appearance, now you will focus on internal health and physical appearance. For sidereal Libra, Virgo and Aries ascendants this may even mean that a new haircut will come along.
Obviously, the results of Rahu in Aries depends on the individual chart and the nakshatra’s (stars) it will travel through it’s 1.5 year transit in Aries.
Ketu will transit in the sign of Libra. Libra is a sign ruled by Venus and stands for balance and relationships. Ketu is the south node of the moon, and rules our mind, imagination and mental state. While this is a general classification of Ketu, as Ketu stands for many other things, your birth chart can only determine what the outcome of this transit of Rahu and Ketu will be. One thing, which is sure that with Ketu’s transit in Libra many people or relationships are straining.
Another important factor is that Saturn and Ketu will be glazing at the air signs Aquarius, Gemini and Libra very soon. It’s a good time to write but also a good time to learn from your lessons and see what you can differently. This applies to the houses that Aquarius, Gemini and Libra rule in your chart and which planets are placed in it (and the rulership they have over a house).
JUPITER
Jupiter is currently transiting Aquarius at high speed and is burning. When a planet is burning, it’s too close to the Sun. The Sun is ‘heat’ and when a planet is too close to the Sun it loses its natural qualities. Jupiter is the planet of wisdom, life force and energy and while it’s combust you may lack optimism and may be exhausted. Don’t worry. Jupiter is covering a huge part of Aquarius to enter its own sign Pisces in April.
MARS & VENUS
Mars and Venus are still traveling together. Mars will enter Capricorn (the sign of Saturn) on 26th February and Venus will follow shortly on 27th February. Both Mars and Venus will continue their ‘war’ but this time, they will have company of Saturn and Mercury. With the air signs (Aquarius, Gemini and Libra) soon being activated by Saturn and Ketu and Capricorn (sign of Saturn) being crowded. Mars exalted in the sign of Capricorn, but because it is there with Saturn and in a planetary war with Venus it’s struggling to give it’s results according to exaltation. Again, people may feel drained to achieve their goals and ambitions.
SATURN
Saturn, the master of karma, has been transiting in the nakshatra of Dhanistha (ruled by Mars) since February 17th. It will be transiting in this Nakshatra for a year, even though it will change signs in April to return in retrograde motion in Capricorn again, for a final visit of ‘karma’. So, an advice is, to keep your karmic accounts clean – because it can shake up things related to the houses Saturn and Mars rule in your chart. For now, Saturn is still in direct motion in Capricorn and it’s completing it’s last portion in Capricorn. Since it’s traveling in the nakshatra of Dhanistha (previously it was in Shravana), this could mean that doctors, nurses and others that are involved in health will feel a relief after a stressful 2020 and 2021.
SUN & MERCURY
Sun is transiting in it’s enemy sign Aquarius and then moving to Pisces later this month. Aquarius (ruled by Saturn) is on the opposite of Leo, the sign of the Sun. Sun currently is not feeling totally into its element at the moment. If you are Leo ascendant, your vitality might be slightly off this month. For Virgo and Gemini ascendant or moon people, Mercury will transit to Aquarius on the 6th of March and be out of the clutches of Saturn.
