The city that never sleeps, has definitely the best rooftop views. If you are planning to visit New York City and don’t know where to go for the best cocktails, appetizer and views. Here are my top favorite rooftop bars in NYC:
One of my favorite rooftop bar in NYC, has a beautiful open air rooftop space with outstanding views of Lower Manhattan and the Brooklyn Bridge. Open seasonally, the lounge poolside with NYC skyline views and handcrafted cocktails from the rooftop bar, then you can cool off with a dip in plunge pool (open seasonally). Go for afternoon cocktails and bites, to enjoy the best view over the Brooklyn Bridge. Try the Poolside cocktail, with a delicious watermelon taste or my favorite Heatstroke cocktail. For food, I suggest the Black Bean Burger and Tuna Poke.
Probably the most exclusive rooftop bar in NYC, on the 65th floor of 30 Rock. Located on the west end of the 65th floor, adjacent to the Rainbow Room, Bar SixtyFive at Rainbow Room hast the highest outdoor terrace bar in New York City. In a very classy space, you can have curated cocktails, also wonderful Sunday brunch. Excellent food and desserts, as well as a award-winning brunch cocktails, is worth to experience it once. Ever wondered how Parisian women look so chic even in a simplest outfit? It’s because style is integrated in their DNA, without even being aware of it. As Coco Chanel herself once said: “La mode se démode, le style jamais“, means that fashion goes out of fashion, style never does. Visiting Paris often taught me a lot about Parisian style, and the number one rule of Parisian style can be described in one simple word: effortless.
Parisian women are able to simply throw an outfit together, without taking so much time and effort. Wearing almost no makeup and create the ‘make-up no, make-up look’ from dusk till dawn.
When you’re in New York City, you will be always ready for action and to click the camera. From skyscrapers to neon lights, from Manhattan to Brooklyn bridge, downtown cobblestone and hip Soho streets – New York is perfect for a city getaway. There’s so much to explore that it can be tough to know where to head first — so start with the my favorite and most Insta-ready corners of the city: Continue Reading…
For some empowering Working Girl vibes, the power suit is back and with full commitment for this season. From caramel to chocolate, all you need to do is find the right shade for you, or go tone-on-tone in a top-to-toe effect. Either one or block colors, strait or wide leg, well-tailored pants teamed with coordinating blazers have been seen on Fall/Winter 2018-2019 runaway shows. With fall fashion officially underway, there are plenty of new trends and styles to try now. The right trouser suit will make you feel better and stronger, and you should know it the second you put it on.
It should make you look taller, thinner, pulled together, and it should be your best look and feel safe to go for afterwork dinner and drinks. If you are going to stick to one new look this season, make it the pantsuit! Keep it sophisticated with stylish accessories: a simple black top, paired with elegant pumps, and gold jewelry. If you want a different look, then you can pair the blazer with jeans too.
Despite in today’s modern world, smartphone has become our daily time-teller, and the omnipresence of synchronized, digital devices suggests that the wristwatch is no longer a necessity. Personally, I still find a well-designed watch never looks outdated. In fact, some of the best can last an entire lifetime and even be passed from one generation to the next.
My first relationship with watches was fuelled by a classic silver timepiece combined with stainless steel with white dial, gifted by my parents for my sixteenth birthday. That timepiece became a part of me, and I loved wearing it everyday. So my love affair with timepieces can be considered very sacred, and by getting older, you realize that time is very precious. Almost all luxury watches can be described as wearable art, because most of them have a interesting history attached. Continue Reading…
I am so looking forward to spend a week with my friends at beach heaven along Mexico’s eastern coast, Tulum. For the eco-friendly and laid back atmosphere of Tulum, I am planing to take lot of linen clothes in natural colors, flats, straw bags and hats, sunglasses and lots of SPF.
If you’d asked me a year ago if I would ever stop wearing skinny or cropped jeans, I would probably say no! End of August I cleaned out my closet, and I am happy that many of my old jeans (cropped, skinny, destroyed, acid-washed, culotte-denim and Mom-jeans) are out.
From high fashion to high street, we all know that high-rise, vintage-inspired mom, non-stretch jeans are everywhere right now. They’ll probably not go out of style any soon, but lately I am wearing something totally different: relaxed, full-length jeans in straight silhouettes and ankle-length flares. A soft, high-rise option with a straight leg you can roll up on casual days even for work.
Here are the five must have jeans to rock this fall season:
Fall is just around the corner and we are saying goodbye to summer’s effortless no-makeup make-up looks, to say hello to smoky eye make-up, healthy glowy skin and dark glossy lips. The new season will not only bring new fashion, but also new beauty trends. Make-up is an easy way to add the season’s latest colors to your look. To give you some inspiration, I created this look with my favorite SENSAI cosmetics products. Continue Reading…
Flight tickets are already purchased, hotel reservation is also done, and I am ready to start packing. What to wear in South Beach Miami? What to pack for the trip and what to leave at home? Especially when airlines have so many luggage and weight restrictions, I want to pack only the right clothes in the suitcase. Before I start packing, I always look for places where I want to go, what I want to photograph and according to that I plan my outfits.
