DC EDITORIAL: UNDER THE PALM TREES

Welcome to my garden state of mind with today’s lush, colorful look for day and night. The ’90s was a time of high-top sneakers, velvet chokers, and loads of denim. While we wouldn’t like to revisit some of the trends (ahhh, the acid wash!), there’s plenty that we’re glad to see making a comeback this year and one of them are the floral print cami (slip) dresses.

If there is one predictable summer 2017 print trend happening up hill and down dale, it is surely to be flowers spread all over. The warm seasons is still here, and I am in love with floral canvas artwork, covering with tons of itty-bitty flowers. I love this dress in an airy, patterned viscose weave with a V-neck, and narrow adjustable shoulder straps. The funny thing is that I don’t wear print that much. I am very comfortable in my solid colors, and if I wear print, than I opt for a something unique (like this dress for example ), but I suppose there is an exception to every rule, because I fell in love with this colorful flower print dress.
